How it started
re:lax was founded by Katie White, an expert facialist and nutritional therapist. After experiencing challenges with her own skin, she struggled to find solutions that weren’t harsh and invasive, and expensive. So she left her job at a premium skincare brand with a dream to bring effective, natural skincare to everyone.
In 2019, she opened re:lax, the award-winning destination for facials in Hackney, east London and the re:lax flagship studio in Borough Yards, London Bridge opened in October 2023.
re:lax’s team of expert facialists have all been trained in Katie’s unique, results-driven approach, which helps clients achieve healthy glowing skin through a combination of high-performance techniques and natural products.
